Generating Country-Scale realistic internet traffic in your labs.

ps-boom is an application that produces multiple copies of IP communications sessions from an input pcap file and transmits the packets to a Device under Test (DUT) or a simulated network. Its main use-case is Network Testing where it is used to create large volumes of realistic network traffic. Additionally it can be used in country-scale network simulation for Cyber-Security Response team simulations. ps_boom works by multiplying the unidirectional and bi-directional flows of a single subscriber read from a pcap. This has the effect of sending as many copies as specified instances of each unidirectional and bidirectional flow to the configured interface.
